I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, as was the breakfast. The hotel facilities were impressive and the staff were very helpful. Additionally, the hotel is located in a high traffic prone area, which made traveling around the city very convenient.
Cannot find any fault.

Next to the airport, 16 miles. We could easily park on-site. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. Decent base for vacation in Kochi.

Great view from the room and spacious bathroom. Convenient location close to the city center and the beach. Fun pool area with plenty of seating and a good atmosphere for families.
The pictures are deceiving - the hotel really wasn't that great. Staff were unhelpful and unresponsive, the rooms were poorly maintained and uncomfortable, and the food was mediocre at best.

The hotel is located in a busy area and convenient for exploring. Rooms are clean, quiet and a good size. Breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful. the hotel provides some good facilities such as a mini-fridge in the room and tea making essentials.
Some aspects didn't live up to expectations. the bathroom was quite old and dated.

This venue was an exceptional and classy stay. the staff were very professional and provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was magnificent and the massage service was exceptional. the leisure/ TV room was really comfortable and facilitated full refreshment.
The only minor issue I had while staying here was that service at the restaurant was sometimes slow. Although the quality of food was astonishing, I found that the waiting time was too long.

The location was great, really close to the city center and easy to find. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the area and some recommendations for local activities. the hotel also had a nice restaurant with a good selection of dishes.
The room was much smaller and darker than we expected based on the pictures online. There was a musty smell that never went away, and the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked.
